Serve Alongside Us in This Next Season

Reaching and equipping people to think, live, and be like Jesus.

An Invitation

Join Us in What God Is Doing

Trinity Fellowship is stepping into a new chapter of ministry, and we are prayerfully asking the Lord to bring the right people alongside us to help shape what is next. If you sense God may be calling you into vocational or part-time ministry - and our mission and values resonate with yours - we would love to hear from you.

About Trinity

A Little About Us

Trinity Fellowship is a mature, elder-led congregation in a bustling suburb just south of Houston, Texas. Our church has long been home to large families, homeschoolers, and faithful saints connected to the space-aeronautical, petrochemical, and medical industries that surround us. Under the leadership of our senior pastor (who joined the church in August 2023) and our elder team, we have recently completed a fresh mission and vision strategy - and we are now ready to add to our staff team to help us carry it out.

Part of this next season includes a meaningful renovation of our meeting space - new platform, audio, lighting, landscaping, and gathering areas - along with a growing partnership with the on-site Christian homeschool academy that meets in our building. We believe these are tools God is giving us to invest in our church family and reach our community more effectively.

The Process

What to Expect

After we receive your materials, our process generally follows these steps. Timelines vary, but we will keep you informed at each stage.

  1. Initial conversation

A first phone or video call with the senior pastor to get to know one another.

  2. In-person interview

A deeper conversation with the senior pastor and members of the elder team.

  3. A visit to Trinity

For non-local candidates, an opportunity to worship with us and meet our church family.

  4. References and background

Standard reference checks and a background screening.

  5. A formal offer

If the Lord makes the fit clear on both sides, we move toward a written offer and start date.

A Word to Candidates

We Do Not Take This Lightly

We know how weighty a decision it is to consider a new ministry role - for you, your family, and the church you may be leaving. Whether the Lord ultimately leads us to work together or not, it would be our joy to pray with you and for you through the process.

"Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest."
- Matthew 9:38 (CSB)

May God grant clarity, peace, and faithfulness - both to us and to you - as we seek his will together.
